Gluten-Free Baker & Chef

LynnRae is a highly skilled gluten-free baker, graduate of the School of Natural Cookery, a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and continually updates her education through cooking classes from a wide variety of cooking schools and cookbook authors, such as Jane Butel, Chuck Manos, Gwen Ashley Walters, Bette Hagman and Carol Fenster.

She researches, develops and tests recipes and ingredients for gluten-free authors and gluten-free food manufacturers in addition to her other businesses.

As a chef, baker and bakery/bistro owner, she holds her federal Safe-Serve Food Handlers license and specializes in gluten-free cooking and baking.

Her bakery, Gluten-Free Creations, owned with Vern Lang, is a wheat-free gluten-free bakery in Phoenix, AZ. It supplies fresh baked items to coffee shops and restaurants around the Phoenix and surrounding areas.
